At Bakker & Co, we employ both sales engineers in the internal and external sales departments, commercial administrative staff who supervise the sales and production process from idea to delivery, mechanics and warehouse staff. This means a lot of time at the customer’s table, but also in the office, together with your colleagues, interpreting drawings, engineering solutions and making quotations. Of course, we are always looking for new customers. In sales, you are responsible for both turnover and margin.
