Due to growth, we are looking for a Sales Engineer Drive Technology to strengthen the field service in the short term.

At Bakker & Co, we employ both sales engineers in the internal and external sales departments, commercial administrative staff who supervise the sales and production process from idea to delivery, mechanics and warehouse staff. Together we offer our customers customized solutions. This means a lot of time at the customer’s table, but also in the office, together with your colleagues, interpreting drawings, engineering solutions and making quotations. Of course, we are always looking for new customers. In sales, you are responsible for both turnover and margin. You will be working in a sales team with 3 direct colleagues. In total you have 20 enthusiastic colleagues.
What We Ask
- HBO work and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering / Construction
- Interest and willingness to build experience in a technical commercial role
- Affinity with the products of electrical and mechanical drive technology (electric motors, couplings and gearboxes) is an advantage
- Good command of Dutch and English, German is an advantage
