It's important to know your motor's power, applied voltage, and required speed. Consider the IEC design and whether additional protection is needed against heat or other conditions. Does it need to be (salt)water resistant, suitable for use at temperatures of 100 degrees Celsius, or operate in an explosion-proof environment? For your sawing, milling, and CNC machining machines, we supply high-speed motors up to 30.000 rpm. Tools can be easily placed directly on the spindle, either automatically or manually. These high-speed motors are double-bearing mounted for axial and radial strokes. Direct-drive technology requires no additional cooling and is available in various designs and power ratings. Whether flat or circular saw motors, they are highly resistant to overload and high braking torque. Two to three times the rated torque is no problem. This eliminates the need for additional spindles or safety features, providing an economical and cost-effective solution. Our high-speed and flat motors are available for right- or left-handed use, with or without brakes, and with variable terminal box positions. We have special spindles with large diameters, reinforced bearings, or extreme lengths. Special configurations with enhanced water protection are available upon request.
